At BeeSee Technology Limited, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy provides comprehensive guidelines for returning hardware and software products purchased through our online store.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Hardware: Customers may return hardware products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Software: Due to the nature of digital products, software purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if there is a defect or issue with the software that prevents it from functioning as intended, customers may request a return. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Within 10 Days of Receiving Your Order: If you find that the quality of the product does not meet the manufacturer’s standards within 10 days of receiving it, we guarantee to arrange a refund or exchange for you. However, this policy does not apply to Xiaomi Mobile Phones & Tablets (including Mi/Redmi/POCO), Apple products, BEATS products, HONOR Magic V2, SmartGo Pokefi, selected DJI items, CM earphones, gift card products, and products under the non-refundable category.

After 10 Days of Receiving Your Order: If the product is still under the manufacturer’s warranty period, you will need to return the product to the dealer for repair services. Please refer to the respective brand service centers for more information.
2. Return Process

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, BeeSee Technology Limited will cover the return shipping costs.

After receiving and inspecting the returned hardware, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

For software returns due to defects, we will provide a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate after verification of the issue.
4. Exceptions and Special Cases

Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon receipt.

Products that require extensive repairs or specialized tools for assessment are excluded from the standard return policy but may be addressed separately under our service agreements.
